Sentencing Committee meetings are public. All are welcome to attend and submit a public comment (see below). At meetings of the full Sentencing Committee, all 13 members come together to discuss a wide range of topics related to criminal sentencing in San Francisco. Subcommittee meetings dive deeper into specific issue areas.
Full agendas and meeting minutes are available in the meetings archive. To request that meeting materials be faxed or mailed to you, contact SFDA.Sentencing.Commission@sfgov.org.
To obtain a disability-related modification or accommodation, interpretation for languages other than English, or a sign-language interpreter, contact SFDA.Sentencing.Commission@sfgov.org at least two business days before the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the public meeting, you may submit a written comment to the San Francisco Sentencing Commission. These comments will be made a part of the official public record and brought to the attention of the Sentencing Commission. Note that comments must be submitted by the time the proceedings begin.
Written comments should be submitted via email at SFDA.Sentencing.Commission@sfgov.org.
